請問該如何解決呢?

Haven't had time to make a good help file so this is pretty rough/short.

   ** Note: eedi3 is threaded using openmp, and is compiled with visual studio 2005.
   ** Therefore, it needs the visual studio 2005 redistributable package to be
   ** installed (for vcomp.dll).

後來安裝Microsoft Visual C++ 2005就可以使用了
